You are very welcome at Surf and Beach. To promote a pleasant and safe atmosphere, we have clear house rules. By entering Surf and Beach, you agree to the following house rules:

Follow the instructions of our staff.

Respect each other and each other’s property:

No disruptive behavior
No noise or disturbance to other (bathing) guests
No racism or insults
No unwanted intimacy
Do not leave any trash on or around your berth; use the trash bags/bins provided.
Cigarettes must be extinguished and disposed of in the ashtrays.
Please consider our neighbors and residents when leaving our pavilion.

It is prohibited to:

Possess, use, or trade drugs
Possess weapons or other objects that can be used as weapons
Commit theft or vandalism
Use violence, threaten violence, or engage in other forms of aggression

It is prohibited to:

Consume your own drinks or food inside or on the outdoor terrace
Smoking inside the pavilion
Take glassware outside the boundaries of the terrace

In the event of parties and celebrations:

Any damage resulting from abnormal use or intentional destruction of the facilities/ Items will be recovered from the client.
In the event of theft/loss, Surf en Beach is not liable unless arrangements have been made for the safe storage of (some) items.

Other:

The organization reserves the right to refuse visitors without giving a reason.
Consuming your own food and drinks is not permitted.
Emergency exits/doors must be kept clear at all times.
Consumption per person is mandatory.
Do not occupy benches during swimming/walking. Leave bags at the designated spots.
Dogs are not allowed in the pavilion, but they are allowed on the terrace.
Dogs are not allowed on chairs, benches, or laps on the terrace.
No paddling pools, camp beds, bicycles, etc. are allowed on the terrace or on the walkway.
Bicycles may only be parked above the sign in the sand on the driveway or on the boulevard.
We always reserve indoors. If there is space outside, you can, of course, sit outside after consulting with the staff.
If you need to move to a different table, please inform the staff.
Beach barbecues are reserved outdoors (space depends on the wind).
Surf en Beach is not responsible for charging phones/bicycles, etc.
Damage to or loss of property is at your own risk; the organization accepts no liability for this.
The takeaway service will be closed during peak hours (during the summer).
If you violate the house rules and code of conduct, you may be removed immediately by a staff member. Any criminal offenses will always be reported to the police.

Furthermore, we sell:

No alcohol for those under 18
No spirits for those under 18
No tobacco for those under 18
If in doubt, you will be asked for ID!
